1. Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A: We are an ISO, FC, CE, FDA approved manufacturer from China .OEM & ODM service are available.
2. What about your freight charge?
A: The freight cost will charge according to the weight or size of the detailed order.
3. What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery date is about 5-7 days, mass production time needs about 1-2 weeks.
4. What about the shipment?
A: For order under 5 pcs ,we can offer door to door service free by China Post Airmail which will takes about 45-90 days.
B: For order upto 5 pcs, we can arrange free shipping by DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS, EMS ect, which only takes 7-15 days.
5. What is your payment terms?
A: We accept TT by bank, Paypal, Western Union, also Cash.
6. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Our products are produced under strict quality control system, and the detective rate will be less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we can recall back the detective products and repair the products and resend to you or we could agree for a solution after discussion.

2.We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of your receiving them, for any reason.
But you must pay for shipping cost if return not for quality reason.
A full refund be given if items are returned in their original condition.
3.We will offer full refund if you haven’t received the package in 60 days for all the countries except Brazil and Russian.
Russian and Brazil is under 60-90 days for delivery by China Post Airmail.
